Song Circles...
Third Sundays at 3 starting in May
Come lend your voice or lend your ear. We will gather in a circle, heart to heart, to sing some specially chosen melodies that are simple and repetitive but beautifully designed for relaxation and refreshment of spirit. There will be opportunity to rest in the center of the circle as a recipient of song for any who wish the gift of this.

"When singing in a group, the brain releases a hormone that plays a central role in bonding, trust, and the feeling of safety. Oxytocin reduces activity in the threat detection center of the brain. Thus singing helps us process the world as safer and less threatening." --@goodneuroscience
